Hawkerton Plantation (958 acres) in Trelawny, Jamaica was transferred by William Guthrie of Trelawney to John Tharp of same on 5 July, 1791. (See Tharp Papers)

Tharp subsequently changed the name to Windsor and used the property as a cattle pen
